Business and Marketing Plan - 3 Months

Eastwestmed Research has developed this plan to help you build your practice. We suggest that you follow these proven plans for your success.

News Releases: Attached are a series of news release.

You will need to call the local medias (newspapers, publications, radio and TV) and get their fax numbers or look them up in directories you will find at the library or use a service such as to acquire the list.. The news release program is designed to inform and get you published by these media. Or to create a human interest story so they will come out and visit you and do a complete story on you. This will give you great exposure on your practice. Remember the media is always looking for stories, 90% of them come from news releases. The first month's news release has the same body copy only a different headline. The headline is how the media judges whether they are interested in your story on not. Send the news releases out a week apart with the different caption/headlines each week. At the end of the first month start sending out the second set of news releases and so on for three month. You never know which head line will capture the attention of the news department.
